Today...

We talk almost everyday now.  He encourages me, and I encourage him. He tells me his dreams and his plan on getting there.  I never have to ask, but when I do he's always honest.  He wants to be a venture capitalist and start a foundation.  I discovered that he's also going back to school in the Fall.  He has no problem meeting my parents and will make a point to do so this week.  He asked me what my "ideal date" would be like.  I was surprised.  I didn't know that he was ready to date so soon.  Things are heading in the right direction.  

Changes

So much has changed in the last year. I've loved and lost. Tried to make sense of it all. Found understanding. Switched jobs 5 times. I'm starting law school at Bowen in the fall. So much...I chose Mr. Knightly and I chose wrong. He was Mr. Knightly to a T, charming, false, and cowardly. Mr. Darcy is back though and we are taking it slow. Hindsight is 20/20 so I'm taking my mistakes and trying to learn from them. 2009 may turn out to be a huge turning point for me. We'll see...
